Orders are shipped from Oregon direct to you (within the 50 states). Shipping happens Monday thru Friday. Normally items are shipped thru USPS or UPS. Shipping is quick, all items are in stock. Customers will receive a tracking number on all packages.
As a general rule, unless the item has a specific notation about sizing, our size guide is as follows:
I would prefer to shop in person do you have a storefront?
A: We currently do offer in person shoppers to locals by appt. Email us: email@example.com You can also find us on Facebook and check to see if we have any events or pop up shops.
I placed an order online but I would love to replace or change something, is this possible?
A. As long as the order has not been processed and the status has not changed online, feel free to email us and request the change and we will see if we can make that happen for you.
When will my order ship and do you offer expediated shipping?
A: Your order will ship within 3 business days. Orders are not processed on the weekends. Expediated shipping is not offered at this time.
I got my order and I'd like to exchange an item, can I do this?
A: Normally you would ship the item back (at your cost) and a refund will be issued and a new order will be placed. The boutique does not offer in store credit or exchanges.
