If you need to return an item, first we are sincerely sorry the item did not work out for you. Please take note of our policy, we will remain firm with all of our customers.
- If the return is needed at No Fault of the boutique, shipping will not be refunded and the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
- Return addresses will be found on the original package you received your item and can be returned to that address.
- Please contact us by email prior to a return and let us know the issue or why you are returning the item
- Store credit and exchanges are not offered. You will be refunded upon inspection of the return.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Clearance items and accessories are final and Non-returnable
- Do not return an item unless it is in the same condition in which you received it. Tags still attached. If your item comes back to the boutique and smells, has a stain, tear, rip, appearance of being worn, has animal hair or cigarette smoke smell, refunds will not be given, no exceptions.
